"My experience with Ivanka was defined by dishonesty and lack of professionalism.
I was told actions had been taken and communications had been sent that were not. When confronted with clear inconsistencies, there was no accountability. In an industry where accuracy and trust are critical, being misled is unacceptable.
Insurance requires transparency, documentation, and follow-through. Instead, I experienced repeated misrepresentation and failure to stand behind what was stated.
I requested to change agents because I no longer had confidence in the integrity of the service I was receiving. I would strongly advise others to work with someone whose communication and honesty can be relied upon."

"Asked a simple question of why my rate was increasing to receive a very condescending answer. Has been my agent for years but this caused for his immediate dismissal."

"Chris Marshall is a very good State Farm agent! He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients understand their options and feel confident in their coverage. Chris is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about finding the best solutions for your needs.
In April 2024 we had some hail damage to our roof. State Farm came out within days of the claim and took care of it quick with an approved claim amount, which allowed us to install a Top of the line, Class 4 High Impact Upgraded roof. Chris was very helpful in explaining the claim process and made sure it was done without issues. Overall experience was very smooth. Chris also made sure we got our insurance rebate for the upgrade.

"State Farm is the only auto insurance I have ever used and over the years I have had several agents, but Chris Marshall has by far been the best. I moved the management of my insurance to his office several years ago after my former agent's office had grown significantly and lost the 'personal touch'. Chris and Ivanka have provided a very personalized experience and I've certainly kept them busy with all my Jeeps. They recognize me when I walk in the door, they help me explore options to find the best rates, and they are proactive (they call me when they find an issue, well before it becomes a problem). You won't go wrong moving your insurance to Chris' office."
